2. The Offer. Eligible homeowners who book and complete a Qualified In-Home Appointment receive one $50 Visa prepaid gift card (“Gift Card”). No purchase necessary. You do not have to buy anything, sign anything, or agree to a credit check to receive the Gift Card.

3. Eligibility. To qualify, you must: (a) be 18 or older; (b) own and live in the single-family home where the appointment takes place, located in Vinyasun’s Florida service area; and (c) not have a solar energy system or battery storage system already installed at that home, from any company. Renters, landlords of non-owner-occupied property, Vinyasun employees, contractors, and their household members are not eligible. Vinyasun may verify ownership through public property records.

4. Qualified In-Home Appointment. An appointment qualifies only if: (a) it is booked in advance with Vinyasun during the Offer Period; (b) it takes place at the eligible home; (c) every owner of the home is present for the full energy consultation; and (d) the consultation lasts at least one (1) hour. Appointments that are cancelled, missed, cut short, or rescheduled do not qualify until a Qualified In-Home Appointment is completed within the Offer Period.

5. Limits. Limit one (1) Gift Card per household and per property address, regardless of the number of owners, appointments, or bookings. Not combinable with any other Vinyasun appointment incentive.

6. Delivery. The Gift Card will be emailed or mailed to the homeowner within fourteen (14) days after the Qualified In-Home Appointment, to the email or mailing address provided at booking. Vinyasun is not responsible for undeliverable cards caused by an incorrect address provided by the recipient.

7. Gift Card Terms. The Gift Card is a promotional prepaid card issued by a third-party bank under license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and is governed by the issuer’s cardholder agreement, which comes with the card. Vinyasun pays any purchase or activation fee. The recipient may need to activate or register the card as the card instructions describe. The card has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen except as the issuer allows, and may carry an expiration date printed on the card or in its instructions. Some merchants, such as gas pumps, hotels, rental cars, and recurring or international charges, may not accept prepaid cards. Vinyasun is not responsible for the issuer’s policies or for card use after delivery.

8. Offer Period. Appointments must be booked and completed between October 28, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”). Vinyasun may modify or end this offer at any time without notice, but will honor Qualified In-Home Appointments already completed.

9. Right to Disqualify. Vinyasun may withhold the Gift Card for any appointment it reasonably believes was booked or completed by fraud or misrepresentation, or by a person who does not meet these terms.

10. Communications. To book, you agree to receive calls and texts from Vinyasun as described on the form you submit to book. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Vinyasun text or calling (561) 440-9515. Opting out after booking does not affect your eligibility for the Gift Card.

11. General. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Taxes, if any, are the recipient’s responsibility. These terms are governed by Florida law. Vinyasun’s eligibility decisions are final.
